Hi team,

I have 2 policies with lic whose details are as below :-

Name pol no premium frequency

Lic [protected] 2597 half yrly
Lic komal jeevan [protected] 8563 yearly

Both the policies were registered and i was able to login 3 to 4 yrs before. Hope there are some changes have happened in lic portal/server and there after i am not able to login and see my policies online. Neither i and able to re-register as i gives that policies are already registered. Pl help me to resolve this.

I have paid my premium of amount 17962.82 through lic app(via phone pe) on 07 nov 2019 for policy no.[protected] and[protected] .the amount is debited frm my account but till now i m not getting receipt. Its also not showing in the lic app that the premiums are already paid.i checked my email inbox, spam but could not able to find the receipt.
