Dear sir/ mam.

This is latesh kumar bearing the policy no[protected], paid the premium amount of 12878.38 through PNB debit card on 01/06/2018.But till now i didn’t recieve any mail /acknowledgement from LIC .. pls do check and forward my receipt to latesh.mehta.lm@gmail.com
