LIC Of India — Kindly remove my agent code and pan number in irda portal

Dear team,
I was agent of LIC but I am not working in LIC since Nov. 2020. but still my pan no. Is showing at IRDAI portal while I am not working in the organization.

Request you to let me help to remove pan no. From IRDA portal.
