[Resolved]  Lic Of India — NOT GETTING POLICY DOCUMENTS EVEN 6 MONTHS PASSED

I had filled form of Jeevan Arogya Policy of LIC in month of July 2013 and paid premium in advance to LIC but still today I have not received policy documents from LIC. Number of times I have taken foollow up with LIC agent and communicated to LIC Head office, Branch office through email but I did not get any response from them. I am seeking for help. Please do needful in this regard. Manoj Kardikar(Kalyan-west). Actual process had started from July-2013 but still today I have not received policy documents. Whenever I ask to agent, he simply says there is paper shortage in LIC for this policy. Today 5 months have been completed but still I am waiting for policy documents. I know that LIC is customer oriented organisation but after getting such response I have doubt about working of LIC. So I request you look into this matter urgently and issue my policy documents at earliest. Hoping for your positive reply.
