[Resolved]  Lic Of India — NOT GETTING POLICY DOCUMENTS EVEN 6 MONTHS PASSED

I had filled form of Jeevan Arogya Policy of LIC in month of July 2013 and paid premium in advance to LIC but still today I have not received policy documents from LIC. Number of times I have taken foollow up with LIC agent and communicated to LIC Head office, Branch office through email but I did not get any response from them. I am seeking for help. Please do needful in this regard. No information have been received from div office. She was saying this policy has been closed recently. If this was the case then why Agent/LIC collected my cheques? Why you kept me in dark? Please suggest to whom shall I contact? Please refund my Rs.8956 which I paid for this policy(refer attached my bank statement from which cheque nos- 36 & 37 have been deposited to LIC). I want to cancel this policy as I am not getting any proper feedback from LIC.My bank accounts details are given attachments and please deposit my money in the same. Also send acknowledgement for the same. Please treat this as my application for money refund. Very poor response from LIC in this regard. I am not satisfied with LIC which is supposed to be customer oriented. Manoj Kardikar(Kalyan-west). Actual process had started from July-2013 but still today I have not received policy documents. Whenever I ask to agent, he simply says there is paper shortage in LIC for this policy. Today 5 months have been completed but still I am waiting for policy documents. I know that LIC is customer oriented organisation but after getting such response I have doubt about working of LIC.
