[Resolved]  Lic — payment done twice for policy through merchant portal

The payment was not sucessful but amount was debited and reciept also not generated, because of that i paid again for those receipt as thats is the last day to pay the reciept in lic branch else my license would have been cancelled. I thought the issue is with bank and contacted bank and googlepay customer care and confirmed their payment was succesful and it got transfered to lic payment desk.
