[Resolved] Lic — Unable to pay premium online through Internet banking | |||
Hi, For my policy[protected] I am unable to pay premium through Internet banking ( Billdesk gateway ). But the axis bank / Idbi gateways are always open, why its so .These payment options are paid one for each transaction. so tell me will LIC opens only paid sites so they can make money!!!. I know about all the policy related payment restrictions. My policy don't have any dues / falls under any acceptance criteria's. Next due date for my policy is 28/12/2013, so the payment gateway should open as usual . I am using this online facility for more than 5 years now. I have been paying the premium from licindia online since last so many years. Now since last 6 months neither can I view my entered policies nor can I pay any policy premium (even if it is within one month). e.g. Policy number[protected] Amit Dhar
