Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — account not opens in customer portal with old user id

I a. Naga subarao with policy no[protected] and having account in lic customer portal. I forgot user id to open my account. I requested to send user id and got user id through online to my mail and it not opens with old user id which is sent to my mail. I typed the user id ad it is. It says the the user id not matches our records. So please create and send a new user id to my e mail.
