I have sent registered letter along with copy of policy document, aadhara & pan on 07.01.2018 for conversion of Monthly premium to yearly premium for lic policy no.[protected] (Jeevan saral). The same was received on 10.01.2018 at the lic Office, city br-ii, jeevan jyothi, desai cross, club road, hubli-29. On Personal enquiry the concerned officer has told me that he Has not received & no pending papers with him and not shown Any positive response. I enquired with the br manager about the same & he assured me to solve the problem shorty. But so far No favourable response from him.
