I am Sureshchandra Ranchhodbhai Patel
was having LIC agent code vide no LIC6303831.
But due to my personal reason I requested to LIC of India to deactivate. Inturn LIC of India has issued me termination letter but my code status shows active in PAN VLOOKUP.
Kindly intervene for deactivation of my code.
