Policy no:[protected] Not settled. I have submitted the subject policy which matured on 28/10/17 at vidisha (Mp) Branch. I have submitted all relevant papers and till now when i submitted papers they told me that "mature amount will be deposited in your account within 2 days and as on 2nd nov". I contacted over telephone to branch manager, he informed there is some technical problem he told that your policy is not reassigned and he told me before the settlement of the policy i have to get permission from zonal office bhopal. It will take time. Then i informed him that i have already submitted reassignment letter from the bank and along with all relevant papers i. E neft request letter also. As per norms my policy should be settled down within 4 working days but till date 4/11/2017 amount has not been credited. So please look into the matter and do the needful. I have paid my lic premium online for the policy no[protected] dt 29 nov 2017 with payment id JCUB[protected] and I made a mistake that is I mentioned wrong email id.
Please forgive me sir and do the need full .
