Dear sir,
I have taken a bank loan against this policy and cleared the loan and bank hdfc has given me a loan clearance letter reference no. Cru-noc dated 22 feb 2018 but i have lost my original policy and tried to submit all document for maturity payment but the policy issuance branch not received and the refused to accept the documents.
Please let me inform where i will go for this settlement and how.

Sir, I (jaspal singh) have paid lic premium for policy no[[protected]] dated[13/11/2018, rs. 12010- through transaction no.[protected] online at www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 12010/- debited from my account on same time. Pl do the needful.

Normaly every 16th of the month my superannuation payment amount of Rs.1688/-
against above annuity no. is send in my SBI bank a/c favouring Peter Philip Tuscano
by NEFT. But in October 16 no payment is received.
