I have been paying monthly premium of policy no.[protected] held by my daughter nisha, l. And the amount used to be debited from my sbi bank account through net banking. For the past 3 months i could not pay the premium as it is indicated that the password is incorrect. I have tried my best to get a new password and i am informed that i cannot pay the premium of this policy. Please ensure that i can pay the premium due online.
