Dear sir, This is with reference to double payment of lic premium number[protected]. On 2nd nov 2017 i paid rs 204 through syndicate bank net banking. Which was got failure (Reference no - ib pg txn jsyd[protected] 495600 lic). After that i paid rs204 by syndicate bank debit card and that completed successfully. Reference no (Ecim pur bdr00001 lic 02/11/17 17:45) please refund me one payment amount. Thanking you for the action that you will take in regards to the matter.
