With reference to my above policy no.[protected], i like you to inform you that, i had paid above policy premium for rs.2419/- twice i. E. One payment by cash and second, bank had debited rs.2419/- after due date on 07/07/2017.
I have attached the cash payment receipt & bank statement where premium for rs. 2419/- is debited on 07/07/2017 for your kind pursue.

Kindly check the cash receipt and bank statement and verify in your record & refund the extra premium paid by me to my hdfc bank a/c no.[protected].
