Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — gender change in my profile | |||||
Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as male and name with mr. When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as male. I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled. Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch. Please let me know how can i update these details. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The same issue in my policy also. My Gender showing in ONLINE PORTAL is MALE instead of FEMALE.

Same issue for me. My gender is being shown as male instead of male. I am not even able to add my husband as nominee because of this gender issue. Please do the needful.
Myself suffering from same issue. I mailed many times to LIC Customer support but no response. A very very bad customer dealing. this is why no one is trusting the LIC. if an issue can't be able to resolve for such a long period then what's the use of stupid Customer support. Even I don't know whether they read this queries or not.

I had sent so many mails to customer care from my registered email id that to update Gender status with policy number but still no response from LIC customer care Team.
Could you take this valid request so that the online process within our family policies to make online payment process.
Please help change the gender on above policy to female .
