I had deposited policy bond to your branch office no. 412 on 19/08/2017 till date not received policy bond as also the above branch several times haras with me not less than 12times as also your branch officer mr. Vinoy gave me a telephone no.{[protected]} but he is not responding. I am a senior cityzen i would not be able to go to your office. Please take action immediately.
