May 16, 2017 ashoklavanya09's response SIR, POLICY NO[protected] NAME OF POLICY HOLDER : Y ASHOK KUMAR REDDY I have submitted the above mentined policy thrice but funds not credited to my account till, please verify the policy and gave me the status of the policy .Frequently we are contacted to the Agent of the policy, he said that policy surronder forms and policy bonds are also submitted to Development Officer but till now there is no response from them and Branch Office also. | |||

Sir, on 26/04/2017 i have a sum of rs 15, 769/- in favour of my wife namely Archana Kumari's lic policy no[protected], but payment receipt not received in my mail id - [protected]@gmail.com upto till date ///////
