I had taken Jeevan Asha II (Plan131) in June 2003. Policy matured on June 2018. But due to none submission of original policy document before time I couldn't get my maturity claim on 28/06/2018. I submitted the documents on 2nd of July and got payment on 205000/-, while online maturity is shown 212000/-. When I submitted my documents I protested that maturity claim document sent to me shows 205000/-, while online maturity is shown as 212000/-. I was assured by LIC at that time you will get full payment 212000/- as shown. Later I also came to know that as per my policy terms I was not paid SB payments during policy term and due some technical issues I was paid Rs. 205000/-. Now LIC replied to my complaint that I was paid correct amount of claim and the SB amount interest will be paid to me as soon as possible. But no response of less amount of maturity claim of Rs.212000/-(paid amount Rs. 205000/-)
