Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — new user registration failing

When i try to create a new user, in the registration form, the condition for date of birth

"the date in this field must be equal to or before 19/02/2000"

This condition makes no sense as the policy holder dob is post 2000.

Please advice how to overcome this problem.
Because of this i am not able to pay policy premium.

I m doing online transaction in today morning through bhim app
Payment received confirm but no recipient generate for policy no[protected] amount 801.78
Please resolved this problem.

Sir i beg to say that i have three policy in lic whose policy numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected] i want to close my account
After the recent change on lic portal, my gender is updated as male instead of female, due to which i am unable to add my other policies due to gender mismatch . even i mailed '[protected]@licindia.com' to change my gender. No response.
Kindly, Assist.
This is inform you that i have old login id and password but do not open new in customer portal . so please give me solution that i have open customer login to new customer portal with old customer id and password
