Sr/ madam i purchased on insurance policy from your chhindwara branch on 24/2/2007. The policy no. Is[protected] and deposited 3 annual premium each of rs.10000/-. I have sent 5 mails to chhindwara branch for closure and payment of the said policy. I have settled at bhopal and contacted customer care center at bhopal and came to know that the said policy has been fore closed and proceeds not paid to me. Till date i have not received any reply from chhindwara branch please look into the matter so that payment of deposited premium should be made to me through my bank account.

I have settled at Bhopal and contacted Customer Care Center at Bhopal and came to know that the said policy has been fore closed and proceeds not paid to me. Till date I have not received any reply from Chhindwara branch Please look into the matter so that payment of deposited premium should be made to me through my bank account.
