Respected sir,

With reference to the above policy no.[protected], i would like to lodge complaint for non receipt for annuity/pension since 10/2015 annuity amt. 7000/- per year. I have already submitted my existing certificate duly signed & verified with my bank details to our lic of india, br. 7/86f, nanpura,
Timaliyawad, surat.

Under this policy annuity was not released since 10/2015 to 10/2017 so the annuity amount for this period has been transfer to govt. Of india by the lic of india. This was the information gathered from western zone ipp cell ahmedabad on telephone.

At the age of 60 yrs, i have to manage my old age expenses with medical requirement.

I earnestly request your good self to release my annuity amount.

Your quick response is highly appreciate in this matter.
