Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — not able to register on lic customer portal because of dob validation

I am not able to register on LIC customer portal because of DOB validation.
Getting validation message : "Please enter date between 08/01/1869 and 08/01/2001.
But my daughter DOB is 03/10/2016, if i try to enter my DOB then it is saying data mismatched.
Please find attached.

I want to register so that i can manage my policy. I don't know how other users are registering/signup if they bought policy for their children.

But my son's DOB is 30/01/2066, if i try to enter my DOB then it is saying data mismatched.
