Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — not getting response from agent regarding term policy status. | |||
Dear sir/madam, My name is pratik jagannath kadam and i was interested to get term insurance of 50 lacs from lic through an lic agent whose name is arun shirsate. I have already given a cheque to agent for half yearly installment. Amount has been deducted in dec 2015. Since 2 years 6 months, i was waiting very positively for the policy. Due to casual and irresponsible attitude of mr. Arun shirsate (Lic agent), i have gone through a medical check up multiple times (3 times). But still not getting any information regarding the same and now mr. Arun is neither receiving my calls nor answering on my messages. As an agent is a representative of lic, it is not good for reputation of the company. Such kind of attitude is really not expected from company like lic. Kindly look into this matter.
