Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — not getting the pension from jeevan akshay policy

Sir,
I am a policy holder of l. I. C. Jeevan akshay which has been matured on 16th november 2018 (16.11.2018).
I have receive the pension 16.12.2018 & 16.1.2019. But in the february i have not receive the said pension. I have visited the office several times but they did not take any action. How i get my pension say please. If you take quick action it helps me very much.
So i request you please do the needful & obliged.
