Dear sir/madam Good morning!! My name is ashok gupta, i have done payment for lic policy on 20 july 2018 using your online website portal and jio money. My policy amount rs. 8036.86 has been deducted from jio money and transaction for same showing successful in jio money. But after the sucessful transaction using jio payment gateway i was Not redirected to your portal and i didn't get any acknowledgement from you (Lic website). I called to jio mome customer care, they said that from our side transaction is successfull. For your convenience, i am attaching screenshort of transaction sms. Please find the attachment and do the needful process.
