[Resolved]  Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Online purchase Jeevan Akshay VII

LIC portal provides online purchase for some funds typically Pension Funds. My first purchase for a Policy[protected] in name of my spouse was a good experience since there was great after purchase service from DO_4 LIC. Based on this I again purchased a policy Jeevan akshay online[protected] but this policy went in for service from DO_3 Santacrutz. The service from this DO3 is poor and never respond to any emails after Purchase. They will Keep mum for all query and maintain a Golden silence to achieve something in life it appears. Observing a Gross error in my Policy i requested for cancellation of the Policy and refund to which also this DO_3 keeps mum with no response. Can anyone be able to move the personnel in this DO-3 at santacrutz Mumbai notorious for the Poor service. Lessen from this is never buy online since if it goes to DO_3 by chance you will die in chasing them.
