Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — policy not given by lic

We have the honour to inform you that, we opened an lic policy on 20.08.2018. The policy no. Is[protected]Sa.200000 & name is mr. Pintumoni hazarika), policy no.[protected]Sa.200000 & name is mr. Sourav gogoi) & policy no.[protected]Sa.200000 & name is mr. Tinkumoni boishya). But we were not received the policy documents till now. We were always told the lic agent against that matter. The agent also told us that he also complaints against that matter. But no any positive result till now. So, please help me this matter. This is for you kind information and necessary action against the lic as soon as posible. (The lic branch is nagaon, assam, natun bazar)
