[Resolved]  Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — premium service registration not responding

I want to take a loan from lic under my policy.in portal it shows premium service registration is mandatory for loan application. So i applied for premium service registration and uploaded my documents. Daily i checked whether they accepted/rejected my service registration, after so many days now the status of my application changed to request expired. They neither approved nor rejected my request and let it be expired. I had wasted so much time to check the status of applicatiob daily.

They've send me the helpline mail ID to suport and if it is still not resolved they've given regional head contact details to escalate the issue.
