Dear sir, I and my family are the policy holder in the lic since many years. I came to pay the policy amount and had shortage of money and had already requested the person who collects cash that i can pay only 1 policy and please let me know which is due... I also told if she can help me to pay which is urgent and due that i will pay. I was the first customer in line to pay and she lost the temper.This happened in jeevan bheema nagar branch office bangalore. and some lady staff named suvarna i guess...shouted but sor please give training to the staff to well behave and have patience and not to lose temper.
