Sir, I have paid my LIC premium of Policy No.[protected] &[protected] on 3rd January 2017 but till date I have not received its acknowledgement. So, please send it through email for further necessary action. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com I have submitted my all details along with my mobile no. [protected]. I have paid this amount through net banking. So, solve my problem forthwith.

I was registered pol.no.[protected]&[protected] for S.V.refund on dated 31/12/2016.As per bond contract it was not necessary to submit pan card number at the time of refund.Also I have submitted pan card copy.Still I have not received any payment.

Today[protected] i made a online payment for policy no.[protected] using lic app.

Amount is deducted from my account.but transaction status is showing failed
Transaction number : 13878337

Kindly look into this as soon as possible
