Lic has updated into a new portal which is completely unuseful & invain.
In the old portal premium paid statement for the year shows all the policies of the policy holder in a single sheet which was assessable which policy is due but now in the new portal first of all it is not possible to log in. On trying log in it says "data intered is not maching with our record." if trying to signup new account then it says "already have an account."
Thus we nither signup a new account, nor sign in into existing account. So now we all will have to go to branch offices for every minor thinks relating to our policy.
This is what a great example of my hounerary prime minister's dream of digital india.
I request the authorities that if they feel all above are shameful, please update the portal with the previous version and make the portal customer friendly. Was this information helpful? |
