Respected sir,
To get a benefit of the accident claim of Policy No :[protected], I submitted all my paperwork on date:26/7/2016 to the branch office Ballia. But till now I didn't get any money or any type of benefit to it. On going to the branch office I can't get any proper information about it, and by asking a staff, he talked rudely to not give the information.
So, I hear by request to help me on this matter. I would be very grateful to you.

Hi, I tried enrolling my policy[protected]. But this is leading to an error page saying "Unable to process the request". I am doing this for the employer - COGNIZANT.

Please help me to resolve this issue and get my policy enrolled.
