Dear Sir/Madam, We have joined Life Slimming and Cosmetics Pvt Ltd ( LIFE) for weight loss program in Himayathnagar Branch, Hyderabad, Telangana. We have paid the amount of Rs. 1, 50, 000 through Bajaj Finance on 1st November 2018. After joining when we went for the first time they took us to a room on a small bench they asked us to relax and they have kept some vibrations to our stomach with an electronic machine for an hour and then they sent us for heating cot process for an hour which is very horrible to bare for us. we have informed the same thing to them on that day only. They told us that check for one more session. But again the same thing has been repeated. They did not explain us the correct process what they are doing . The same process will be repeated for 3 to 4 months. for weekly 2 days every session consists of 3 to 4 hours which is horrible. We are facing stomach pain and health issues because of that vibrations. We can not bare that treatment any more. They did not explain us about electronic vibration and heating process while we are joining. We already inform the Life Management (L. Chandrakala) Contact #: [protected], [protected], that we do not want to continue the service. We are asking them to Refund our money back. They did not respond properly. They are forcing us to continue the process. We have paid the amount of Rs. 1, 50, 000/- through Bajaj Finance for interest.
