I have paid my due amount by 24-Jul-2021 and i got a confirmation email with order number. i got so many calls for lifetime payment and i denied.
my account is suspended state now and i already opened ticket on 06-Aug-2021 to fix it. it's been 3 weeks since i paid my due amount and a week since i opened ticket EM[protected].
is this way lifecell works? i keep calling customercare and they say wait for 24 hours. Was this information helpful? |
