Lifecell International — Account/Plan not updated

I have registered in lifecell in October-2020 and agreement done for 75 years plan. I have given the fees of 19990 + Hospital charges as required.
I have also handed over a cheque of 30000 for plan as explained that time.
(copy of cheque is attached).
Till date my payment details & plan details are not updated in system.
please do needful.
