[Resolved] Lifecell International — Babyshield
Have enrolled on baby shield and baby cord with the great belief on lifecell and even i referred to so many people about lifecell, but i cannot digest the poor service by lifecell due to which my enrollement on baby shield became no use.
1. I enrolled for baby shield on 4th of January 2016 immediately after received a call from life cell for asking to do so, since i believed that it takes care so much on our kid's future, In the call itself i asked shall i enroll for the same later after child birth, they said tat urine sample has to be collected within 48 - 72 hours for the best results. So without any second thoughts i enrolled for the same immediately.
2. Baby born on 13th of January, and baby cord was collected properly, and also i informed about urine sample to be collected, they guided me and i had collected the same on 16th January ( Monday) exactly before 72 hours as suggested by Lifecell for the best results
I informed Lifecell customer care for the pick up of the same on 18th, and they informed me that it will be collected on or before 19th of January... Even after continuous follow up, I was shocked to see that the sample urine was not yet collected and when i contacted the customer care regarding this, they ensured that the sample must reach them before 7 days, today being saturday, they told that they will try to pick it up if possible, ( but since it is sunday tomorrow, surely it will reach your office only on monday) i.e after a week, which is of no use.
I am really shocked to see the care you show on your customers, now when i call your customer care they are simply saying that the sample can be collected upto 6 months. ( Your website it self says for best results do collect the sample between 48 - 72 hours, )
The company has to answer for this
