Lifecell International — complaint for storage fee and lifecell agent

The manager,
My first baby crm is[protected] anaisha narang which is for 21 years.

A year ago i again chose lifecell, i was told that i just have to pay 18990/- only for the second child as i already paid my first child storage. Crm[protected]
I am attaching the screen shot of mail. I asked her several times about full and final payment, she said that full and final payment for 21 years is 18990/- as i have paid for first child..
I am recieving mails for renewal
Please look into the matter as this is teally dissapointing and rediculous on the part of subrata (Your team)
