Lifecell International — CRM No[protected].they don't want to upgrade my plan

Hi,
I am facing plan upgrade issue @Lifecell.

I am from Faridabad.In July 2020, I have taken the plan form their sales representative manoj.he offered me the plan for 75 years. plan payment break-up as mentioned below -

1- For 1st year - Rs. 21000/- needs to be paid - which I have already paid.

2- On the first birthday of a child means after 1 year completes - Rs. 30000/- for next 75 years - which I have to pay as a renewal of the membership.

But now when they contact me after one year and saying that if you want to take the plan for 75 years, you have to pay 45000.
Because you did not give the post dated cheques at that time.I explained them that I don't know anything about post dated cheques because your representative did not demand any post dated cheques from me.than how would I know about this formality.
I have the lifecell mail in which It is clearly mentioned that the plan what I take is for full 75 years.and in this mail they did not mention any Post dated cheques formality.

Now I am asking for the same offer but they completely denied that they can't gave me same offer now and then their executive is keep on arguing with me and He is also keep on denying that their database is showing a different plan for us (that I don't know from where it comes up), i.e. either I have to Pay 45000 rs for 75 years or to upgrade to 21 years plan then I have to pay Rs. 30000 today itself. I have got frustrated after raising innumerable complaints, but have not got any responsibil response from them. Let us know if you get any solution to this.this is so unprofessional

Now here the trust is broken.
