[Resolved] Lifecell International — fraud business practices

I do not know what will happen after few decades. Will this company remain or go bankrupt, will this company keep my babies cells preserved as their sales team claims. No one can see future. But we can certainly evaluate an organizations possible future depending on their present business practices and promises they make and deliver. Below is a screenshot of communication with a lifecell representative. They used to flood my inbox with promotional messages on referral bonus. That's morally and ethically wrong. When the time came, this is how their representative act. See it for yourself. They didn't move finger even after the threat of making it viral. That shows complacency and no # to give attitude of the company. Are you sure your babies cells will be preserved here for years diligently? Are you sure they will honor their commitment? There can be better alternatives.

Lifecell International Customer Care's response Dear Mr Mohsin, We tried reaching you to [protected]/ [protected], but calls were not answered
This is to inform you that for the referral benefit you are eligible for Rs 2000 cash benefit and alsready link has been sent to you to update the bank account details on 4th Aug, 2019 but we have not got any details for the same and hence the referral payment has not been processed.
We have re- forwarded you the email for the same. Hope your issue is resolved for the same
