I have recently enrolled with lifecell on 26th august 2020 under the lifetime plan having crm #[protected] and enrollment id: 322707.
I was promised that upon enrollment i will be getting the following:
1. Complimentary gift coupons - worth rs.21000 (Proof snapshot attached with mail) - delivery: within 30 days after delivery of baby
2. Baby stroller - brand/model: chicco cortina cx lava (Proof snapshot attached with mail) - delivery: in mail within 2-4 days)
3. Newborn size diapers (Free of cost - 24 pcs) - delivery: 25-30 days after enrollment.
After enrollment, when asked the sales rep (Manoj) to provide the stroller details in mail, there was discrepancy in what he committed on behalf of lifecell which is completely unprofessional. (Please refer to the mail in trail for conversation in regards to the stroller). Till now, i have received complimentary gift coupons from lifecell of around rs 13000 approx only.in addition he (Manoj aditya) confirms the delivery of 'newborn size diapers (Free of cost - 24 pcs) - delivery: 25-30 days after enrollment' through mail.
I also told the sales rep (Manoj), that if in case lifecell don't honour the commitment which you (Manoj aditya) already made to me prior enrollment, i have to terminate the agreement on the basis of fraud/false commitment, upon which his direct reply was 'okay sir' (Proof mail in trail).
I myself work for fortune 6 healthcare company, considers this as a sheer case of cheating and is completely unethical. So would request the higher management or concerned department to strictly look into this, as none of your newly enrolled clients would accept this kind of act/behaviour.
