Hi, I have paid lifetime fee of 40, 000/- on 19th march’20. And contacted them through mail and phone for the receipt of the amount. But no response. I understood the current situation as due to covid, they are unable to do the job so. But it’s almost been 3 months, i am still in waiting for their response. All i want is a receipt of the paid amount and a confirmation letter saying that i have paid for lifetime and no need to paid anything further. Also attaching a screenshot related to the same. Got a call from +91866-8096538 and got an email copy of the required letter and the payment receipt from the id [email protected]. Once again thanks a lot “consumer complaints.in” for solving my query at the earliest. Lifecell International customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
