[Resolved] Lifecell International — Lifecell demanding extra money after agreed amount CRM NO:[protected]

We opted for onetime plan at the cost of Rs.45990/-.

i paid amount in 2 installments i.e.
1) 22990/- February' 2015
2) 23000/- April 2016

1) since my first installment payment of 22990/- rupees, Lifecell regularly called me on phone to make payment of 25000/- which is 2000 rupees extra of agreed value in agreement.

2) when i contacted lifecell branch head, he said as per agreed amount we have to pay only 23000/- as our final payment.

3) I gave him cheque of Rs. 23000/- which was transacted in april 2016 to Lifecell.

4) afterwards, Lifecell sent me official confirmation via mail of successful conversion to 21 Years Storage Plan.

5) Now, Lifecell regularly calling me to pay Rs. 2000/- or they will send me suspension letter demanding Rs.5000/- as re-enrollment charges.

Thank you so much Reshma! My issue seems to be resolved now. But as a suggestion, your customer care needs to be more liberal with customers to resolve the issue instead of ignorance.
