[Resolved] Lifecell International — not providing itemized bill

Hi i would like to bring it to the notice that i live in toronto and i was stored my sons cord blood with life cell. I was being quoted the cost for inr 80k which i paid last month october 18th. Till now they haven't provided the itemized bill which i wanted to claim using my insurance health spending account. I dealt with somebody named saranya and she wasn't very responsive once the money was paid. Till now i contacted her by email and call for 5 times and every time she makes false promise that it will be done in next 2 days and nothing happens. She doesn't even care to call back to inform the status. Please help me in this regard my crm number is[protected]
