I have made a full one time payment towards preservation of stem cells for my child, for a period of 21 years. I have the CRM# and payment receipt.
Since past few months, I keep receiving reminders to pay the amount. I reached out to their Customer Care, they transferred it to the Payment Department, and the payment department never reverts. This happened 3-4 times.
Finally I received an SMS saying your account is suspended and I must pay 5000/- to renew it. Also they don't provide any escalation manager's number with whom we can talk.
