Lifecell International — We have made our Annual Payment, but nobody in LifeCell is confirming and acknowledging | |||
Its been more than a month, since we have made our annual Payment. But nobody in LifeCell is confirming the payment. We have send more than 10 emails, giving them the cheque details, the Blue Dart Courier Proof of Delivery to their Chennai office. We have made numerous calls, most of which they don't answer, and of the ones that they do pick up, we end up, still lodging a complaint, which we don't receive any response or solution about. We have spoken to Mr. Krupa, Ms Poornima, Mr Hamid Sheikh, and numerous others, whose names we did not note down in the beginning. Even after all this, the complaint is not registered on their system, and we keep getting reminder sms's and call centre phones, telling us to make the payment, which has been made more than a month ago. Our transaction details are: CRM Number: 60200004 Cheque Number, Date and Amount: 073411 dated 20th Feb 2022 for Rs.2, 900/- (more than a month ago) Send through Blue Dart Courier Way Bill Number: [protected] Delivered by Blue Dart on 22nd Feb 2022 (again more than a month ago) All this has been sent to them, but they just don't seem to take things seriously.
