[Resolved]  Lifecell International — wrong commitments from sales person for the things which are not there in agreement.

Respected sir,

This is with respect to the agreement we have done against the crm[protected].
The product which you have sold me is purely on the basis of lie. Your sales representative mr. Shivarj and mr. Santoshkumar have either lied or not informed me completely about the clauses in agreement. This is serious, since in my family and friends there are already 6 people who are already a customer of lifecell and we are feeling cheated now,. While selling a product you people promised a lots of thing and in agreement those are not accordingly. This is rediculous and is serious case of fraud.
I need your clarification on below points:
1:clause 8.2&8.3:the clause in the agreement seems to be valid for 21 years and whereas i have opted it for 75 yrs. Atleast this is what i was promised from your sales representative.
I was promised that medical assistance will be valid for 75 yrs with expenses limited to rs.20 lac (Multiple times) and these things are not mentioned in agreement.
2: clause 8.4:free guaranteed mesenchymal stromal/stem cells (Msc? S) expansion:same is the case for stem cell. Why limit to 21 yrs in agreement. During initial discussion, i was promised it for 75yrs.in agreement it's 21 yrs. This is pathetic your representative told me that, it will be provided for 75 yrs. I wanted to preserve cord tissue also, since lifecell is not preserving it, i was thinking for other banks who preserve it. But you guys during discussion told me that, it will be for 75 yrs, you will provide cord tissue when needed from some external lab which which you have tie-up.in agreement this is something different and serious, since other banks collect the cord tissue and store it for a lifetime at a same cost or less and you are providing it for for first 21 yrs.

3:your sales representative was almost kind of threatening me on my sample safety, incase this process doesn't go well. Mind one thing my sample in your custody is more important than your process. I hope safety of it, till matter sorted out.

4:you guys really have pathetic customer service and sales representative. Every minute you have different explainaton for same query. Its just you don't have anything to say. All the explanation are just like a thin air.

This all sample collection process decided last minute before delivery. I was having trust on your sales representative. Now this seems to be a fraud just for selling product and mental harassment for me.

Hope the things will sort out in peaceful and constructive way.
