I'm dattanath chitre ordered solo hyper-advanced smart razor and received on 18/03/2019. I opened and use for shaving but it is not working properly. The hairs are not removing. Can you help me for return policy or guide me from concern why not product working properly. It is actually consumers fraudulent about product you are showing in advertisement. It is realy fraud or product is realy good. Please give me proper reply.

I ordered for i10 earpods and you delivered me i7s which is the biggest blunder you did, its a kind of cheating amd is fraud company
