Lifecube India — supplied i7s instead of i10 earpods/damaged item

This is in response to order id no. Iep1459 dated 27.01.2019 (I7s earpods sku: iep0001r), i am to inform you that the mentioned product which i received was in a damaged condition and i had ordered for i10 earpod of red colour instead of white colour.
The item was delivered to me in a damaged condition. I had ordered i10s of red colour and was supplied i7s of white colour.
