Likizo Services Pvt Ltd — they do not provide services committed by them they have different written agreement n while talking they commit differently i want my payment

I have paid 3000 by debit card and 40000 by credit card
They said bank will call me for payment confirmation then after 45days my emi will start but i did not receive. Any call for that i have to make payment of 40000 in next month
They did not provide any services nt either my membership no or id
I just want my money back
