Likizo Services — want my refund as no service

I took membership in likozo 8 months back. Six months they provided me with gym membership. From jan'19. They are not providing any service. I have emailed and called alomst more than 50 times but each time they saying some fund issue and service will start soon. Now the customer care not responding either email or phone. All the numbers which were provided to me for their manager and marketing persons are out of service. I had paid 80000 at one time. Seems invested in fraud company. Need my refund. They may charge 6 months gym service which comes to not more than 15000.

Updated by Vivek2104 Just now recceived delivery failure email also for one of the executive from Likizo, I need my 65000 refunded which comes after deducting 15000 for 6 months gym service availed.

Updated by Vivek2104 I didnt received any response yet, on email, when i call on customer care today, again one of them said, they will resume service from April 2019, since Jan 19, they are pushing it to next month, please advise how can we take action on this fraud company at earliest.
